At SAS we believe that going places takes us places. Great ideas that lead to change come from those who travel and experience the world. We are currently facing major shared challenges around our global impact on climate and the environment. Clearly, SAS takes responsibility for its part in this and we’re working to ensure that we can continue to travel, meet and experience other cultures.
Every part of SAS is working dedicated on ways of achieving more sustainable travel. From the search for innovative technical solutions to the small but important improvements at day-to-day level. Together, we are taking many steps in the right direction. That’s why, we at SAS, launched a range of different projects and initiatives to make our journeys more sustainable.
One of these initiatives is our collaboration with Norrsken where we together want to work towards a more sustainable future.

“Norrsken believes air travel is a crucial part of a country’s infrastructure, that serves to connect people and cultures, and increases our global understanding. At the same time, air travel faces the major challenge of transitioning into a more sustainable mode of transport. By marrying technology, entrepreneurship and innovation in our partnership with SAS, we hope to promote a more sustainable future.”
