Norrsken supports entrepreneurs who are solving the world’s greatest challenges. We believe that entrepreneurs building rapidly scalable businesses are our best bet in solving some of the hardest and biggest social and environmental problems facing our planet.
Norrsken Elevate is an initiative by Norrsken Foundation and our partner organisations Nordea, PwC, Nordic Capital and Forsman & Bodenfors. Norrsken House Stockholm has 400 entrepreneurs who are sprinting to build their business. From time to time they need expert input, a sounding board, or industry coaching to take their product or service to the next level. That’s where you come in!

Norrsken Advisor POOL
By joining the advisor pool you sign up* to help startups with needs that match your skills and experiences. They might need guidance on how to build a top-performing team, level up their business case, scale to a new market, get ready for tax declaration, or anything else under the sun.
How it works
1. Sign up to become a advisor.
2. Elevate matches advisors and startups. You will be notified by email when we have a match.
3. If you accept the startup's request, Elevate will connect you with the startup.
*The signup is not a legal commitment. You will be able to decline an ask for help without the startup knowing about it.
* Mentees using Norrsken elevate, any support or advice received throughout advisor sessions should be treated as good faith guidance and should not be seen as facts.
Norrsken TESTING SQUAD
By joining the testing squad, you make yourself available to help startups test their product or service. This could mean trying out a beta app, browsing around a new webpage, or giving general feedback on a business idea.
How it works
1. Register to join the testing squad.
2. Norrsken will contact you with relevant opportunities where you can participate as a test user.
3. During the testing period, the startup will guide you through the test and collect feedback on their product or service.
*The signup is not a legal commitment. You will be sent opportunities for possible testing squad requests from startups with the possibility to not participate.

$100 000 UPFRONT INVESTMENT
We invest $100k in them and then bring them to Stockholm for a dedicated 8 week sprint with mentorship from successful founders, including unicorn founders. The program will wrap up with Norrsken Impact Week - a week of events designed to introduce the startups to investors, talent and potential customers.

1:1s with Partners & Mentors. You’ll also get your own Lead Mentor with experience from your industry or sector. You’ll get advice, feedback, pitch training, connections and absolutely brutal honesty from the Partners and Mentors.
