Our
Environmental Policy:
We believe that a healthy environment is necessary for
the well-being of society, our
people and our business, and is the foundation for a
sustainable and strong future.
We have established new standards that are backed by
periodical inspections for the
assurance of compliancy.
Each of our
yachts and ships is certified and is expected to contain and maintain the
following:
- An onboard plant that manages bilge discharge or
possible fuel spills; emergency procedures
for the prevention of spillage into the sea are
implemented.
- A treatment plan for grey/black water that is created
with international standards,
compliance; retention tanks treat the water with a 2-
to 4-day capacity.
- Antifouling paint free from copper and TBT, blankets
the bottom of our hulls.
- Ballast water is managed with the aim of avoiding
water contamination.
- Onboard waste is sifted and stored in separate containers
for its future disposal and recycling.
- Only earth friendly cooling gases are permitted and
measures are taken for the
prevention of possible leakage.
- Engines of our yachts are all designed, built and
certified in compliance with the
very latest international standard from 2008 with
completely new, high-tech design.
- It satisfies the toughest existing emissions
requirements – EPA/CARB Tier 3.
- Last but not least - We operate our yachts in an
overall environmental friendly
way with total respect to the environment and our
nature.
